FAQ
The Co-Op is a collection of premium software tools and resources available exclusively to CloudworkConnect members. These tools are designed to help you build and grow your online business. As a CloudworkConnect member, you'll receive access to the Co-Op. You'll be allotted free points to "spend" on accessing different tools within the Toolbox. You can use as many tools as your allocated points allow. Different tools may "cost" different amounts of points based on their value and features. Your points may be 'refunded' back to you, then used again to select new tools, and of course you can continue to use the ones you love. If you need more points, please contact our support team to discuss options.
The tools in the Co-Op are included in your CloudworkConnect membership at no additional cost at this time. You have access to the tools in the Co-Op for as long as you maintain your CloudworkConnect membership.
The Co-Op includes a wide range of software tools for various aspects of online business, such as marketing automation, design, project management, and more. The selection may vary over time. We're always searching for valuable additions to the Co-Op. While we can't guarantee a specific schedule, we regularly evaluate and add new tools that we believe will benefit our members. We welcome suggestions from our members. While we can't guarantee every potential tool will be added, we value your input in making the Co-Op as useful and as valuable to your business endeavors as possible.
In the rare event that a tool is removed from the Co-Op, we'll provide advance notice and suggest alternative tools within the Co-Op that serve similar functions. Additionally, if no reasonable alternative is currently on offer, we will do our best to search for a substitute.
At CloudworkConnect, we provide our members with access to a variety of third-party software tools through our Co-Op. These tools are legally licensed to us through "lifetime deals" (LTDs) or current subscription offerings from the software developers. We then offer you access to these tools under our agency, business, or enterprise level licenses, in full compliance with each developer's Terms of Service (ToS).
Your use of these tools is governed by Fair Use Policies (FUP) set by the developers to prevent abuse, therefore we implement a point allocation system and reserve the right to review usage levels.
While we carefully vet these companies before including their tools in our Co-Op, occasionally developers may introduce nominal recurring fees to maintain service quality or add new features. In such cases, CloudworkConnect will absorb any such additional costs without passing them on directly to our members, if possible.
To wit, there are rare instances where a developer may cease operations, declare bankruptcy, or become otherwise unable to support their software for various reasons.
In extremely rare circumstances, developers have chosen to abrogate their contract with Lifetime Deal (LTD) licensees entirely. While CloudworkConnect is selective about products we include in our Co-Op, we acknowledge that this scenario, though highly unlikely, may occur.
In any such aforementioned ocurrences, we will make every effort to communicate this change to our members promptly and work diligently to provide alternative solutions or compensations in terms of alternative product licensure, within reasonable bounds. Although we strive to provide valuable tools to our clients, we suggest that our members use the included tools; but then once they've worked out their use-case for the tools, be prepared to open individual accounts, in the unlikely event that the necessity arises. Furthermore, many of these tools are wholly or partially replicable by the CloudworkConnect infrastructure at no additional cost.
This offer is not an admission of liability in such circumstances. Rest assured, we remain committed to maintaining a robust and valuable toolkit for our members, continuously evaluating and updating our offerings to ensure the best possible experience.
Likewise, the availability of these tools depends on the ongoing operations of their developers, whom we license the software from. We're committed to maintaining positive relationships with our software partners and ensuring sustainable, legal use of these tools for our own members. We regularly review each developer's ToS to ensure ongoing compliance, and in the rare event a tool is removed or changed, we'll provide advance notice and alternatives whenever possible. For full transparency, we're working on providing direct links to each developer's ToS from within the Co-Op.
It bears mentioning that Lifetime Deal (LTD) terms for software licenses historically have extended for five years or more, with many persisting for over a decade. Many original LTD holders report significant returns on their investments through the use of such tools, often exceeding 100 times their initial purchase price. However, by no means does this constitute a guarantee of income.
CloudworkConnect cannot be held liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, or other damages that may result from the unavailability of third-party tools due to circumstances beyond our control. By using CloudworkConnect, you acknowledge these terms and any inherent risks associated with relying on third-party software tools.
Cloudwork Connect is built as a 'White-Labeled' version of the amazing **GoHighLevel platform. There are some key differences however -
Cloudwork Co-Op and all of it's future updates
Pricing: there is only one subscription for CloudworkConnect; it includes all features normally sold to businesses for $297-$497/month, or much, much more. For the same entry level subscription fee seen here.
Alternatively (and only for a very limited time) there is a Early Adopter's Membership, that you can read about here.
Most of the resources within Cloudwork Connect, including the Academy, the Co-Op, and the Collection, are included at no extra charge, for the duration of your membership, including all future updates.
We will only ever mark up the usage costs of messaging, emails, AI, etc., enough to cover the transaction fees via Stripe Transactions - this is a nominal fee, and only occurs once a month.
The Roadmap (once called "The Roadmap to Riches", and "The Roadmap2.0/3.0") has - as of September 2, 2024 - changed formats; it's no longer a Master Resell Rights licensed program, instead it's now sold like a typical educational or coaching product. Instead of an MRR product, it is now sold on a commission basis, whereas the seller gets 80% commission, and the original creators - changingcourses11 - get the other 20%. This new form for the Roadmap is called "the Roadmap Exclusive", and unlike the Roadmap 3.0 it will continue to be updated.
The Roadmap Exclusive is also on offer @ CloudworkConnect. In fact, you will receive 1 year's trial subscription with purchase of The Roadmap Exclusive.
The Roadmap 3.0 is hosted on Cloudwork Academy via CloudworkConnect, and available for all members to stream, watch, and learn from. When ChangingCourses11 transitioned the course away from MRR, they did not include some supplemental course videos created by 3rd party partners (several sections on specific social media platforms, Pinterest, etc.). The remaining 95% of the course materials is still there, and will be available to any member.
